With a wide variety of fish and seafood, the ocean offers all of the nutrients it has, including essential amino acids, omega-3 fatty acids, and nutrients necessary for strong muscles and good cardiovascular health. Zinc, magnesium, and vitamins B and D are also present in this seafood combo, which promotes sleep and bone health. Overall, a great way to eat healthy, indeed!

Fish and seafood in this Asian Fusion Bundle can be prepared in several different ways. The Yellowtail Loin is delicious as sashimi while marinating the Black Cod Fillet with delicious mixed paste and searing or baking it is delightful. Rich butter sauces complement Chilean seabass and lobster tail well.

Among the contents of this Bundle are:

Yellowtail Loin – approximately 650-800g

Each loin-cut of our Yellowtail (Hamachi) is vacuum-packed to keep it fresh, and it is sashimi-grade. It’s usually grilled with vegetables or eaten with sushi. The meat has an oily texture and is rich in flavour.

There is a mild sweetness to the flesh of Japanese yellowtail. In Japan, it is one of the most popular species of fish and can be found in the Pacific Northwest region.

A mildly salted yellowtail filet is pan-seared, and ponzu sauce is drizzled over it. The dish goes well with green salad, bok choi or mushrooms pan-fried, or rice made with cauliflower.

Black Cod Fillet – approximately 170-190g

In the sea basket, this fish is undoubtedly the most delicious. Its oily flesh makes it a delight to eat. Steaks should be 100% boneless and oval- shape.

It is also known as sablefish, black cod originates from the Canadian and Alaskan coasts and is the product of decades of sustainable and ethical fishing practices. A fish not of the cod family, the black cod is prized for its white flesh, rich flavour, and velvety texture. Black cod offers many culinary possibilities, from baked cod to seafood pasta with garlic sauce. You will love this fish.

When combined with strong flavours such as onion, spicy seasoning, and citrus, the texture and taste of black cod shine. If you’re looking for something a little different and equally delicious, try making a cumin crust with black cod!

Chilean Seabass – approximately 165-200g

This large, ray-finned fish is widespread throughout the southern Pacific and in the Antarctic. It is also known as the Patagonian toothfish. The flaky texture and white colour of Chilean Sea Bass resemble those of cod, but it is much creamier in flavour. Chilean Sea Bass fillets taste and feel velvety when they have been properly cooked.

The Chilean Sea Bass is a high-protein food and high in HDL cholesterol, which promotes healthy blood vessels and muscle growth. Furthermore, it provides Omega-3 fatty acids, which are beneficial to brain and heart health. The Chilean Sea Bass is rich in calcium, phosphorus, vitamin B6 and niacin, all of which are vital for bone health, red blood cell production, and metabolic processes.

A Chilean Sea Bass is an incredibly versatile fish with many different ways to prepare it, including baking, grilling, and pan-frying. It is best served with creamy sauces that include wine and herbs if you wish to add further flavour.

Lobster Tail – approximately 250-280g

We sell frozen lobster because frozen lobster is significantly easier to prepare than freshly caught lobster. Would you like to experience the majestic sight of a live lobster? Or can you manage with a lobster tail alone? Do you prefer cooked lobster or raw lobster for your udon noodles? We offer lobster tails for any type of dish, from lobster pasta to any lobster deluxe dishes.

Frozen lobster tails are tasteful, easy to prepare, and overall show stoppers. Almost all of the weight of lobster tails consists of meaty goodness! Among the different names for these creatures are spiny lobster, rock lobster, and crawfish.

You can add a touch of sophistication to any meal by cooking lobster tails. It could be a seafood buffet you are preparing or a round of beers accompanied by tapas. Let us impress you with our lobster tails!
