Monkfish Fillets – 1 kg

Fillets that are firm and tasty, perfect for foodies.

There are two sides to every monkfish. Even though it has a gigantic head, an enormous mouth, and huge eyes, the tail is one of the most delicious parts of the fish.

Among other methods of cooking, the flesh can be fried, grilled, barbecued, poached, roasted and steamed, and is widely popular.

Restaurants sometimes use monkfish in place of scampi in fish stews. Chefs and home cooks alike have long regarded monkfish as a favoured fish due to its simple shape and supple flesh.

In terms of taste and texture, our Monkfish fillets are fat-free and low in calories, but rich in taste and texture.

It is recommended to consume frozen Monkfish fillets within two months after freezing. Defrosting is best done overnight in the refrigerator.

Trout Fillet – 170-200g x 2

The western world enjoys trout very much. Trout is a species that lives in North American waters and is exported all over the world. Silvery in colour, it has spots all over it, and its side is sometimes striped with purple.

Fish with moist flesh and a buttery, rich flavour, a freshwater fish with a firm texture. The trout we sell are farm-raised and are gutted, scaled, and filleted. Small trout fillets are perfect for broiling, frying, or grilling.

The nutrient-rich trout are packed with potassium and niacin, as well as Vitamin A and Vitamin D. Protein, phosphorus, iron, selenium, and omega 3s round out its nutritional profile. The fish contains a low-fat content, is low in cholesterol, and is niacin- and protein-rich. The phosphorus in trout promotes good teeth, gums, and bone health.

Because we use only oak and salt, our haddock is free of additives and harmful substances. Our smoked haddock is available nationally.

We catch our smoked haddock sustainably, and it is sweet and savoury, making it classic British comfort food. Risottos and gratins pair well with this smoked fish, which complements creamy sauces well. It can be used for anything, whether it’s for chowders, fishcakes, or fish pies!

For a healthy and delicious breakfast, poach the fillets of haddock for eight to ten minutes in milk and accompany with a poached egg and sautéed veg.

Packing Your Fish Fillet Bundle

Fish portions are vacuum packed by weight. Then, they are boxed. A label was carefully placed, noting the date the product was processed and its “use-by” date. A bonus is the use of frozen chill packs that contain harmless gel. Fish and seafood remain fresh for longer when they are wrapped in chill packs. Once the box has been fully sealed, it will be sent to you within 24 hours by our courier.
