These vac pack sashimi grade Salmon are flash frozen within hours prepped. Skinless and boneless middle from 5/6 kilo fish. Although it can be eaten raw, the fillet is more commonly pan-fried or oven-roasted, before being served with a dressed salad. This is the best salmon we have seen.

Slices of the tastiest Atlantic Salmon, boneless, skinless and thinly sliced. Salmon can also be eaten raw in fillets of this size, which makes it ideal for sashimi or sushi. All the bones and skin have been removed using a really sharp knife, leaving only the cleanest raw fillet fish, which is always on the menu in sushi restaurants.

If you prefer to prepare this item other than sashimi or sushi, place each piece in aluminium foil with some veggies, ponzu, or olive oil to steam or bake. A salad is more commonly served with this dish after it has been fried or baked. Our best salmon for sushi so far.

Each of these weighs between 200 and 250 grams and are excellent for sushi. The full flavour of this fish truly comes to life when it is pan-roasted, grilled or smoked.

Serve salmon fillets as an appetizer or supper dish. Among the dishes, you can choose from are leeky parcels, glazed salmon, and fishcakes.
