    Ingredients

    • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tablespoons minced anchovies
    • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
    • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    • Assorted crackers, for serving

    Method

      1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
    • 2. In a medium bowl, mix together artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, anchovies, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and black pepper.
    • 3. Spread the mixture into a 9-inch baking dish.
    • 4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly browned.
    • 5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with assorted crackers.
