What Is Huss?
Huss is a small member of the Shark family that has been long used in traditional dishes. The light flavour makes it perfect for seafood feasts, and despite its name being “Rock Salmon” or “Dogfish” at one point in time, Huss was an easy choice due to its qualities.
The Huss is now considered a prized delicacy and has increased in numbers over the past five years. The best way to cook this fish, according to most connoisseurs, is by baking it with Parma ham wrapped around its body for just fifteen minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
This dish should be served on top of creamy mashed potatoes mixed with spring onion chives and parsley leaves, all topped off with olive oil sauce drizzled overtop!
