    • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

    • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
    • 2 tablespoons anchovy paste
    • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    • Measure out each ingredient to the specified amount

    • Add the chopped basil leaves to the processor bowl
    • Add minced garlic to the processor
    • Add drained capers to the bowl
    • Add anchovy paste to the mixture
    • Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl
    • Pour in the freshly squeezed lemon juice

    • Pulse the mixture several times to coarsely blend
    • With the processor running on low, slowly drizzle in the extra-virgin olive oil
