    Ingredients

    • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    • 1/4 cup capers, drained
    • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
    • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
    • 1/4 cup chopped fresh oregano
    • 1/2 cup chopped anchovies
    • 1/2 cup dry white wine
    • 1/2 pound spaghetti
    • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    Method

    • 1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the spaghetti. Cook according to the package instructions.
    • 2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté until the garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.
    • 3. Add the capers and anchovies and sauté until the anchovies have melted, about 2 minutes.
    • 4. Add the white wine and bring to a simmer. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
    • 5. Add the parsley, basil, oregano, and Parmesan cheese and stir to combine.
    • 6. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet. Toss to combine.
    • 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
