    • 4 catfish fillets
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
    • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

    Method

    • Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish. 
    • Arrange the catfish fillets in the dish and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. 
    • Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle with parsley. 
    • Top with melted butter and breadcrumbs. 
    • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
