    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

    • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
    • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
    • Lemon wedges, for serving

    Method

    • Step-by-step method for Baked Cod with Lemon
    • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
    • Pat cod fillets dry with kitchen paper
    • Line a baking dish with parchment paper
    • Place cod fillets in the prepared baking dish, spaced evenly
    • In a small bowl, combine olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice
