    Ingredients

    • 4 cod fillets
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
    • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
    • Lemon wedges, for serving

    Method

    • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Arrange the cod fillets in a single layer in a baking dish.
    • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
    • Pour the mixture over the cod fillets, turning them to coat both sides.
