    Ingredients

    • 1 plaice fillet (approx. 200g)
    • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
    • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill
    • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
    • 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese

    Method

    • Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
    • Place the plaice fillet in an ovenproof dish and brush with the olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
    • In a small bowl, mix together the parsley, dill, breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    • Sprinkle the herb and cheese mixture over the top of the plaice fillet.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
    • Serve hot with a side of steamed vegetables. Enjoy!
