    Ingredients

    • 2 cans (5 ounces each) tuna, drained
    • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 egg, lightly beaten
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    Method

    • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
    • In a medium bowl, combine tuna, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
    • Shape tuna mixture into 8 patties.
    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    • Place patties in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
    • Transfer patties to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    • Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
