    Ingredients

    • 2 Barramundi fillets
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Lemon juice (optional)

    Method
