    • 1 1/2 pounds peeled shrimp
    • 1 garlic clove
    • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • salt and black pepper to taste


    • Mix garlic and salt in a small bowl. Pound the mixture into the shrimp until the shrimp are lightly coated.

    • Combine lemon juice, paprika, salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper and olive oil in a medium-sized bowl.

    • Add shrimp to marinade and let it sit for 2-3 minutes before cooking.

    • Broil for 3-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Serve immediately.
