Mix garlic and salt in a small bowl. Pound the mixture into the shrimp until the shrimp are lightly coated.
Combine lemon juice, paprika, salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper and olive oil in a medium-sized bowl.
Add shrimp to marinade and let it sit for 2-3 minutes before cooking.
Broil for 3-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Serve immediately.
