    • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
    • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
    • 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
    • 8 ounces crab meat, drained and flaked
    • 1/4 cup finely diced celery
    • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
    • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
    • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill
    • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
    • Assorted crackers, for serving

    Method

    • Step-by-step Method for Crab Dip
    • Remove cream cheese from refrigeration to soften until easily spreadable
    • Finely dice celery, parsley, chives, dill, and green onions separately
    • Drain crab meat thoroughly, then gently flake into bite-size pieces with fingers or fork
    • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until smooth
    • Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, hot sauce, and Old Bay seasoning to the bowl; blend until fully incorporated
    • Add finely diced celery, chopped parsley, chopped chives, chopped dill, and chopped green onions to the mixture
    • Gently fold flaked crab meat into the bowl, taking care not to break up large pieces
    • Taste and adjust seasoning (lemon, hot sauce, salt, Old Bay) as needed for balance
    • Transfer dip to a serving dish or bowl
    • For presentation, garnish the top with extra chopped chives, dill, and/or paprika
    • Chill the dip at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend (optional, but recommended)
    • Serve with assorted crackers on the side for dipping
    • For optimal serving: set out dip shortly before guests arrive and replenish as needed to keep fresh and cool
