    Ingredients

    • Crayfish
    • Fettuccine
    • Butter
    • Garlic
    • White wine
    • Cream
    • Parsley
    • Salt & Pepper
    • Grated Parmesan cheese

    Method

    • Start by removing the heads and tails of the crayfish. Then, cut the crayfish into small pieces.
    • Next, melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and add the garlic.
    • Sauté the garlic for a few minutes, and then add the crayfish pieces. Cook the crayfish for about five minutes, stirring occasionally.
    • Once the crayfish is cooked, add the white wine and cream. Simmer the mixture for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    • Once the sauce has been reduced, add the fettuccine to the pan. Stir the mixture until the pasta is cooked.
    • Once the pasta is cooked, add the parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir the mixture until all the ingredients are combined. 
    • Finally, serve the Crayfish Fettuccine with grated Parmesan cheese.
