    Ingredients

    • 1 lb cooked crayfish tails
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/4 cup sour cream
    • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
    • 1/4 cup diced celery
    • 1/4 cup diced red onion
    • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    Method

    • To make Crayfish Salad, combine the cooked crayfish tails, mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and fresh dill in a large bowl. Mix until all of the ingredients are well combined.
    • Then, add in the celery, red onion, and red bell pepper and mix again. 
    • Finally, season the salad with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
