    Ingredients

    • 4 Dover Sole fillets
    • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
    • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

    Method

    • To prepare Dover Sole with Panko Crust, start by combining the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. 
    • Dip each Dover Sole fillet into the mixture, pressing the crumbs into both sides of the fillet. 
    • Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 
    • Place the fillets in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. 
    • Serve with your favourite side dishes.
