    Ingredients

    • Pickled Ginger (optional): 1 tablespoon

    Method

    • Cook the eel according to the instructions on the package.
    • Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
    • Place a sheet of nori on a sushi rolling mat.
    • Spread the cooked rice on the nori.
    • Place the eel on top of the rice.
    • Roll the sushi using the rolling mat.
    • Slice the sushi into pieces.
    • Serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
