    Ingredients

    • Mullet fillets
    • All-purpose flour
    • Salt and pepper
    • Vegetable oil
    • Mayonnaise
    • Garlic
    • Cilantro
    • Lime juice

    Method

    • To prepare Fried Mullet with Cilantro-Lime Aioli, mix all the ingredients for the aioli and set aside. 
    • Then season the mullet fillets with salt and pepper, then coat them in the flour. 
    • Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat, then add the mullet fillets.
