    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 pound pollock fillets
    • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
    • 1 tablespoon minced onion
    • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Method

    • To begin preparing Fried Pollock with Tartar Sauce, start by combining the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
    • Dip the pollock fillets into the flour mixture and coat them on both sides.
    • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Once the oil is hot, add the pollock fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Remove the fillets from the skillet and set them aside.
    • To make the tartar sauce, combine the mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, minced onion, parsley, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 
    • Serve the fried pollock fillets with tartar sauce. Enjoy!
