    Ingredients

    • 4 defrosted fillet Pollock
    • 2 clove Garlic, minced
    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 1 tablespoon seafood seasoning
    • 1 Lemon
    • Parsley

    Method

    • Mix the butter and garlic in a saucepan.
    • Melt the butter on medium heat.
    • Add the lemon juice and seasoning to the butter.
    • Simmer the butter mixture.
    • Place the fillets in the pan and cook over medium-low heat for 5-6 minutes per side, continually topping the fish with the garlicky butter.
    • The fish is done when it flakes with a fork. Remove from the frying pan and serve.
    • Serving Suggestions: Serve the fish with the garlic butter sauce poured over. Sprinkle with parsley.
