Place the swordfish steaks in a single layer in a dish.
In a bowl, mix the ginger, garlic, lemon juice, spring onion, chilli and olive oil.
Spoon the marinade over the fish and then leave to marinate for up to 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the grill on high.
Remove the fish from the marinade and then place it on the grill. The tuna may be basted with soy sauce and a little sesame oil if desired.
Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side until the fish is cooked through.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with rice and steamed vegetables.
