    Ingredients

    • 2 cod fillets
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
    • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • Lemon wedges, for garnish (optional)

    Method

    • Preheat a grill or skillet to medium-high heat.

    • Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper.

    • Place the cod fillets on the grill or skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until the cod is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

    • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
