    Ingredients

    • 1 lb. cuttlefish, cleaned and cut into 1-inch pieces
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
    • Salt and pepper, to taste

    Method
