    Ingredients

    • 1 lb. cuttlefish, cleaned and cut into 1-inch pieces
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
    • Salt and pepper, to taste

    Method

    • 1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.

    • 2. In a medium bowl, combine the cuttlefish, olive oil, lemon zest and juice, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until all of the ingredients are evenly distributed.

    • 3. Place the cuttlefish onto the preheated grill and cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping once.

    • 4. Remove from heat and serve.
