A grilled halibut recipe with honey and lemon will have you hooked. This meal is healthy and easy to make. You can have it on the table in just a few minutes.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, honey, garlic and soy sauce.
Place halibut in a large Ziploc bag. Drizzle with the honey mixture and seal bag. Shake well to coat fish evenly.
In a small bowl mix lemon juice and pepper together.
Remove fish from the bag and place fish in a medium-sized saucepan. Drizzle with the lemon juice mixture and let sit for a few minutes.
Preheat gas grill on high heat.
Place fish on the grill and let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Flip fish and cook for 2 to 3 more minutes. The best way to test if fish is done is to peek at the bottom and see if it turns white.
Remove fish from the grill and carefully squeeze a wedge of lemon over the cooked filet.
