    • 4 Lobster tails
    • 4 tablespoons of butter
    • 1 clove of garlic, minced
    • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon of salt
    • 1 teaspoon of pepper
    • 1 teaspoon of paprika
    • 1 tablespoon of parsley
    • 2 tablespoons of olive oil


    • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

    • Rinse the lobster tails and pat them dry.

    • Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise and remove the vein.

    • Mix the butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley in a small bowl.

    • Brush the mixture onto the lobster tails and place them on the preheated grill.

    • Grill the lobster tails for 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
