    Grilled oysters are a classic seafood dish that is simple to prepare and packed with flavor. Oysters are a great source of protein, vitamins and minerals, and are high in omega-3 fatty acids. Grilling oysters is a great way to bring out their natural flavor and texture. This recipe for grilled oysters is easy to make and perfect for a summer barbecue or a cozy dinner at home.

    Ingredients

    • Oysters
    • Butter
    • Garlic
    • Parsley
    • Lemon
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Old Bay seasoning (optional)

    Method

    • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
    • Place the oysters on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the shells open.
    • Remove the oysters from the grill and carefully remove the top shell.
    • Mix the butter, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
    • Spoon the butter mixture onto the oysters and top with a sprinkle of Old Bay seasoning, if desired.
    • Place the oysters back on the grill and cook for 1-2 minutes, until the butter is melted and the oysters are heated.
    • Serve the oysters immediately.
