Preheat gas grill to high.
Place the salmon steaks in a shallow dish and season with lime juice, salt and pepper. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, dried thyme and rosemary over the steaks.
With a small amount of olive oil or cooking spray, coat the fish and the grill.
Put the steaks on the grill, then cook for 8 to 10 minutes on high, turning once.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with a risotto and vegetable side.
