Method
To prepare grilled shrimp, start by marinating the shrimp. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin and cayenne pepper.
Add the shrimp and toss until all of the ingredients are evenly distributed. Cover the bowl and let the shrimp marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Once the shrimp has marinated, thread it onto skewers and place them on a preheated grill.
Grill the shrimp for 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Serve the grilled shrimp with a sprinkle of cilantro and a side of your favourite vegetables.
