    Ingredients

    • 2 hake fillets
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    • 1 cup milk
    • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Method

    • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter.
    • Once the butter has melted, add the hake fillets and season with salt and pepper.
    • Cook the hake fillets for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown.
    • Meanwhile, whisk together the flour, milk, mustard, and dill in a separate saucepan.
