    Ingredients

    • 4 halibut fillets
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1/4 cup white wine
    • 2 tablespoons capers
    • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

    Method

    • Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. 
    • Season the halibut fillets with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet.
    • Cook the halibut for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
    • Add the white wine, capers, oregano, thyme, and garlic powder to the skillet.
    • Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce has reduced and the halibut is cooked through.
    • Serve the halibut with lemon wedges and enjoy!
