    Ingredients

    • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
    • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • 2 tablespoons plain yoghurt
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon sugar
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 cup minced cooked herring

    Method

    • Place 2 tablespoons of prepared horseradish in a small mixing bowl
    • Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise to the bowl
    • Add 2 tablespoons of plain yoghurt to the bowl

    • Add 1/2 cup of minced cooked herring to the mixture
