    Ingredients

    • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
    • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • 2 tablespoons plain yoghurt
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon sugar
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 cup minced cooked herring

    Method

    • To make this herring and horseradish sauce, combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Use a whisk or a spoon to mix everything until it is fully combined.
