    Ingredients

    • 1 lb of Lobster meat
    • 1 package of Ravioli pasta
    • 1/4 cup of Butter
    • 2 cloves of Garlic, minced
    • 1/4 cup of White wine
    • 1/2 cup of Cream
    • 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Fresh parsley (optional)

    Method

    • Step-by-Step Method for Lobster Ravioli
    • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for the ravioli pasta.
    • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
    • Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
    • Pour in the white wine and allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes to reduce slightly.
    • Add the cream to the saucepan, stirring to combine, and let it gently simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
    • Stir in the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to taste, blending until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth.
    • While the sauce simmers, cook the lobster meat by gently heating it in a skillet over low heat until just warmed through (if already cooked) or poaching in simmering water if raw.
    • Add the lobster meat to the cream sauce, mixing to coat evenly, then remove from heat and set aside.
    • Add the ravioli pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
    • Drain the ravioli and divide evenly among serving plates.
    • Spoon the lobster and cream sauce over each portion of ravioli.
    • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
    • **Plating Suggestion:** Arrange ravioli in a shallow bowl, spoon sauce generously, and sprinkle with a light dusting of Parmesan and parsley for freshness.
    • **Serving Suggestion:** Pair with a crisp white wine and crusty bread to complement the richness of the dish.
