    Ingredients

    • 4 lobster tails
    • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    • Salt and pepper, to taste

    Method

    • Step-by-Step Method for Lobster Tail
    • Preheat oven broiler to high.
    • Place lobster tails on a clean cutting board.
    • Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of each tail lengthwise down the middle.
    • Gently pry apart the shell to expose the lobster meat.
    • Carefully lift the lobster meat, keeping it attached at the base, and rest it on top of the shell.
    • Place prepared lobster tails on a baking tray lined with foil.
    • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and lemon juice.
    • Season the lobster tails with salt and pepper to taste.
    • Brush the butter mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat.
    • Set tray with lobster tails on the middle rack beneath the broiler.
    • Broil lobster tails for 8–10 minutes or until the meat is opaque and slightly golden, basting halfway with more butter mixture.
    • Remove lobster tails from the oven and transfer to serving plates.
    • Spoon any remaining butter sauce over the lobster tails.
    • Garnish with extra chopped parsley if desired.
    • Serve immediately with lemon wedges and crisp green salad or steamed vegetables.
