    • 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
    • 1/4 cup chopped celery
    • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
    • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
    • Place unbaked 9-inch pie shell on a baking sheet for easy handling
