    Ingredients

    • Oysters
    • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
    • 1/4 cup shallots, finely minced
    • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
    • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice (optional)

    Method

    • To prepare Oysters Mignonette, start by shucking the oysters. Place the oysters in a bowl and set aside. 
    • In a separate bowl, combine the white wine vinegar, shallots, freshly ground black pepper, chopped fresh parsley, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix the ingredients together until fully combined. 
    • Pour the mixture over the oysters and serve.
