    Ingredients

    • 4 perch fillets
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

    Method

    • Begin by seasoning the perch fillets with salt and pepper.
    • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Once the oil is hot, add the perch fillets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until the fish is golden brown and cooked through.
    • Once the fish is cooked, remove it from the skillet and set aside.
    • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
    • Add the chopped parsley and stir to combine.
    • Return the perch fillets to the skillet and season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
    • Serve the perch fillets with lemon wedges, if desired.
