Then, cook the bacon in a skillet until it is crispy. Once the bacon is cooked, remove it from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt the butter and olive oil together. Once the butter is melted, add the trout fillets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the trout is golden brown and cooked through.
Once the trout is cooked, top it with cooked bacon and fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
