    Ingredients

    • 4 plaice fillets
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • Juice of 1 lemon
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

    Method

    • To make Tuna Fish Cakes, start by draining the canned tuna.
