    Ingredients

    • 4 plaice fillets
    • 4 tablespoons of pesto
    • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
    • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Method

    • Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F. Place the plaice fillets in a greased baking dish. 
    • In a separate bowl, mix together the pesto and breadcrumbs until combined. 
    • Spread the mixture over the top of the plaice fillets and drizzle with the olive oil. 
    • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. 
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the plaice is golden brown and cooked through.
