    Ingredients

    • Pollock fish (1 lb)
    • Egg (1)
    • Onion (1 small, diced)
    • Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
    • Parsley (2 tablespoons, chopped)
    • Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup)
    • Salt (1 teaspoon)
    • Pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
    • Oil for frying (as needed)

    Method
