    Ingredients

    • 2 Pollock fish fillets
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • 1 small onion, finely chopped
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 cup breadcrumbs
    • 1 egg
    • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil

    Method

    • To prepare Pollock Fish Burgers, begin by combining the fish fillets, salt and pepper, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley in a large bowl. Mix the ingredients together until they are well combined. 
    • Form the mixture into four equal-sized patties. 
    • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the patties are lightly browned and cooked through. 
    • Serve the Pollock Fish Burgers with your favourite sides.
