    Ingredients

    • 4 Pollock Fish Fillets 
    • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons of honey
    • 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
    • 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Method

    • Step-by-Step Method: Pollock Fish Fillet with Honey & Mustard Sauce
    • Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F)
    • Pat pollock fillets dry with paper towels
    • Season both sides of fillets with salt and pepper
    • Place fillets on a parchment-lined baking tray
    • In a small bowl, combine olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and garlic powder
    • Whisk sauce ingredients until fully emulsified and smooth
    • Spoon or brush half the sauce evenly over the top of the fillets
    • Bake fillets in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork
    • Midway through baking, baste fillets with some reserved sauce for caramelization
    • Remove fillets from oven and plate immediately
    • Spoon remaining sauce over fillets just before serving
    • Optional: Garnish with fine lemon zest or fresh herbs for color contrast
