    Ingredients

    • 4 Pollock Fish Fillets 
    • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons of honey
    • 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
    • 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Method

    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, honey, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
    • Place the Pollock fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    • Brush the fillets with honey and mustard sauce.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
