    Ingredients

    • 2 large Pomfret fish, cleaned and cut into thick slices
    • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
    • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
    • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
    • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoons oil
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 teaspoon garam masala
    • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped coriander leaves
    • 2 tablespoons freshly grated coconut

    Method

    • To prepare Pomfret Masala Fry, start by marinating the fish with spices and herbs. 
    • Mix the red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl. Rub the mixture onto the fish and set aside for 15 minutes. 
    • Heat the oil in a pan and add the fish. Fry the fish until it is golden brown and cooked through.
