    Ingredients

    • 1 lb. peeled and deveined prawns
    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
    • 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into strips
    • 1/2 green bell pepper, cut into strips
    • 1/2 cup snow peas
    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
    • 1 teaspoon sugar
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • 2 scallions, sliced
    • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped

    Method

    • To make this delicious Prawn Stir Fry, begin by heating the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 
    • Add the prawns and garlic and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
    • Add the ginger, bell peppers, and snow peas and cook for an additional 2 minutes. 
    • Pour in the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar and stir to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the prawns are cooked through. 
    • Season with salt and pepper to taste. 
    • Serve the stir fry with scallions and cilantro.
