    Ingredients

    • 4 (6-ounce) red snapper fillets
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

    Method

    • To prepare Red Snapper with Ginger-Soy Glaze, begin by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Season the snapper fillets with salt and pepper and add them to the pan. Cook for four to five minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through.
    • While the snapper is cooking, make the glaze. In a small bowl, combine the ginger, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil and mix until combined.
    • Once the snapper is cooked, reduce the heat to low and add the glaze to the pan. Simmer for two to three minutes, or until the glaze has thickened.
    • Spoon the glaze over the snapper and garnish with the chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
