To prepare Red Snapper with White Wine and Herb Sauce, begin by seasoning the red snapper fillets with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the red snapper fillets to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through.
Once the fish is cooked, add the garlic, white wine, parsley, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper to the pan. Simmer for 3-4 minutes or until the sauce has reduced and thickened.
Finally, add the butter and stir until melted.
Serve the Red Snapper with White Wine and Herb Sauce over cooked rice or pasta.
