    • 4 (4-ounce) salmon fillets
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt 
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 2 ripe avocados, diced
    • 1/2 cup diced red onion
    • 1/2 cup diced fresh tomato 
    • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro 
    • 1 lime, juiced 
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt 
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

    Method

    • To prepare Salmon with Avocado Salsa, begin by preheating your oven to 375°F. 
    • Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and season them with salt and pepper. 
    • Bake the salmon in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through. 
    • While the salmon is baking, prepare the avocado salsa. In a medium bowl, combine the diced avocados, red onion, tomato, and cilantro. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture and season with salt and pepper.
