4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
Salt and freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons orange marmalade
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
Method
Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Add the olive oil to the skillet and add the salmon. Cook for about 5 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
