    Ingredients

    • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
    • Salt and freshly ground pepper
    • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
    • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
    • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley

    Method

    • Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
    • Add the olive oil to the skillet and add the salmon. Cook for about 5 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
    • Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the honey, orange marmalade, orange juice, and parsley.
    • When the salmon is cooked, brush the glaze over the fillets and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
