    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
    • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

    • Season the mullet fillets with salt and pepper.
    • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the mullet fillets.
    • Cook the fillets for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are lightly browned and cooked through.
    • Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the pineapple juice, honey, lime juice, mint, ginger, cumin, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder.
    • Simmer the mixture for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    • Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the butter until it is melted and fully incorporated.
